We Ship ONLY to Continental USA and Ontario Canada Locations.

Production + Standard Delivery Times by Manufacturer

  • Classic Brass: 4-6 weeks (dependent on quantity and finish)
  • Rocky Mountain: 8-10 weeks
  • Buster+Punch: 2-3 weeks
  • Baldwin Estate: 2-3 weeks

Continental USA Standard Shipping Policy

  • Orders $199.00+ shipped at NO CHARGE.
  • Orders $1.00 - 198.99 shipped at $18 charge.
  • UPS indicates that these domestic orders will be delivered within five (5) working days from date of shipment.

Ontario Canada Standard Shipping Policy

  • Orders $1,000.00+ shipped at NO CHARGE.
  • Orders $1.00 - 499.99 shipped at $45 charge.
  • Orders $500.00 - 999.99 shipped at $75 charge.
  • UPS indicates that these orders will be delivered in 6-10 working days from date of shipment.

Expedited Freight Policy

  • If our standard freight methods described above are not sufficiently fast once our products are ready to ship and you require an expedited delivery, please contact FineKnobs to make these expedited delivery arrangements as they vary considerably by method, carton weight and your location. Contact us via email at office@fineknobs.com.

Shipping Location Information

  • All orders must be shipped to a physical location address. Orders cannot be shipped to to a PO Box or PM (Private Mail) Box.

Missing or Damaged Items in Shipment?

  • All orders you receive should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If an order is received with items missing, please contact us via email at office@fineknobs.com within three (3) working days. Once we verify this situation with the manufacturer, we will replace all missing or damaged merchandise as quickly as possible.
