Important Considerations Before You Order

1. Production + Standard Delivery Times by Manufacturer

• Classic Brass: 4-5 weeks or less
• Rocky Mountain: 8-10 weeks
• Buster+Punch: 2-3 weeks

2. Finishes

Finishes applied by hand may vary slightly by lot by manufacturer. Similar finishes between/among manufacturers will likely vary (rarely be the same). The living finishes (e.g. lacquered or waxed) will naturally age, resulting in a unique patina based on a combination of factors including time, climate, environment and level of use. These factors contribute to the changes which will occur in living finishes and are the reason for the difference between the day one finish and the ultimate finish. Cleaning all surfaces with a mild soup, water, and non-abrasive cloth will help the hardware age gracefully. All harsh and abrasive cleaning products applied to our products must be avoided.

3. Measure

Please ensure that you have made all the correct measurements for your products before you place your order. Items whose measurements are incorrect will not be refunded. Please note that many of the pulls sold by FineKnobs.com require you to know the measurement of the distance between two screw holes. This center-to-center (c-c) distance requirement is articulated in the product description AND the line art of products that require this distance specification. The center-to-center distance is different and always less than the overall (oa) length of the product.

4. Screw Lengths

All screws are supplied for 3/4” drawer fronts.  If you require longer screws please add a note to the order during the checkout process or contact us at office@fineknobs.com after placing your order. The screws are all industry standard and available at most any hardware store or home center.
