• No cancellations or modifications to orders will be allowed after 24 hours of purchase.
  • A restocking fee of 35-50% may apply depending on the returns policy of the manufacturer you chose.  
  • A special order may not be returned for any reason at any time.
  • No labor cost of any nature incurred by the purchaser will be credited.
  • Damages to items caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation cannot be returned for credit.
  • No items may be returned after they were installed.
  • After you have received your order, if any item is damaged or defective you will have 5 working days to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Process by sending us an email addressed to office@fineknobs.com.
    No order can be returned and credited without an approved FineKnobs RGA and any FineKnobs RGA must be requested with 45 days of the delivery date. In the email, please cite all the pertinent order information (e.g. the FineKnobs order number and part numbers and quantities that you want to return) and the reason you are requesting the return. In the course of the review of your request we may want to speak with you so please provide us with your phone number in the email.
  • To help us get a better understanding of the return in the event that the item(s) you received were defective or damaged, we would appreciate it if you would also send us a photograph of the items adjacent to the box and packing materials they arrived in.
  • All returned items to FineKnobs must be in resaleable condition by using the box in which they were shipped to you and packed inside the box in a similar fashion in which they were shipped. When you receive your return authorization, you will have 15 days to return the items. All returned items are shipped at purchaser’s expense. FineKnobs recommends shipping returned items via UPS where a tracking number is made available.
  • The RGA number must be clearly marked on or within the box that is returned along with your name, physical address and email address.
  • When the returned items are received and inspected by FineKnobs and found to be in resaleable condition, you will be credited with the terms shown in the RGA.
  • The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
