Shipping Policy

Continental USA Standard Shipping Policy

  • Orders greater than $100 are entitled to free UPS Ground shipping.
  • Orders less than $100 will be sent via UPS Ground at $11.00 per manufacturer per order.
  •  UPS indicates that these domestic orders will be delivered within five (5) working days from date of shipment.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada Shipping Policy

  • Orders greater than $250 are entitled to free UPS Ground shipping.
  • Orders less than $250 will be sent via UPS Ground at $30.00 per manufacturer per order.
  • UPS indicates that these orders will be delivered within five (5) working days from date of shipment but a more conservative ten (10) working days should be planned.

International Shipping Policy

  • All orders delivered to international locations must be arranged in advance by contacting FineKnobs via email at orders@fineknobs.com or by phone at 1.941.xxx.xxxx.
  • International shipments typically require ten to twelve (10-12) working days to arrive from the date of shipment.
  • Applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • All financial transactions will be done via wire transfer.

Expedited Freight Policy

If our standard freight methods described above are not sufficiently fast once our products are ready to ship and you require an expedited delivery, please contact FineKnobs to make these expedited delivery arrangements as they vary considerably by method, carton weight and your location. Shipping Information 

  • All orders will be shipped via UPS unless other arrangements are made by contacting us via email at orders@fineknobs.com or by phone at 941.xxx.xxxx.
  • All orders must be shipped to a physical location address. Orders cannot be shipped to a to a PO Box or PM (Private Mail) Box.

Missing or Damaged Items in Shipment?

  • All orders you receive should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If an order is received with items missing, please contact us via email at returns@fineknobs.com within three (3) working days. Once we verify this situation with the manufacturer, we will replace all missing or damaged merchandise as quickly as possible.

  • Classic Brass: 4-5 weeks
  • Rocky Mountain: 8-10 weeks
  • Buster+Punch: 2-3 weeks
  • Turnstyle Designs: 8-10 weeks
